There is a bit of cause for concern, but not enough to totally freak out about. If the opening of the condom was out of your vagina (it sounds like it was, based on your description of events), and his semen was inside the condom, then hopefully it all stayed inside the condom. If, however, some of his jizz dripped out of the rubber while he was getting soft or pulling out of you, then it is possible that sperm could’ve gotten in your vagina.
I’m glad you’re taking this “quite calmy,” as you should continue to do. I assume that you may be worried about pregnancy, and even though I think the chances are slim, I do suggest that you go out and get emergency contraception. The “morning after pill” is effective for 72 hours after the incident occurred, and is available at Planned Parenthood and most pharmacies. And make sure he pays for half!
In the future, though it feels nice to have him “stay in” for a bit after he has an orgasm, he really has to pull out of your vag before his dick gets soft. That’s how you keep the condom on him, and the semen inside it. And, if you and your boyfriend plan to continue having sex, you should look into some other forms of safer birth control.
xoxo, Lucy

Def gotta remember to hold onto the rubber as one pulls out, helps a bunch with “oh shit” moments and keeps a bit cleaner.
